Job Description

Clinicor is looking for an experienced Triage RN for a busy community clinic.

Qualified candidates will have the following skills and abilities

Consulting with patients or their caregivers over the phone, to assess the severity of symptoms and refer to the appropriate setting or level of care

Alleviating suffering through nursing interventions and prescribed treatments

Partnering with the patient, their family and significant others

Documenting interventions and an individualized plan of care

Educating the patient and their caregivers on their disease process

Assuring continuity of care

Educating the patient and caregivers in prevention care which promotes health and well-being

Requirements

Experience in triage and health education

EPIC

Unrestricted RN license

Schedule

Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm
