Job Description

Registered Nurse for a Senior Assisted Living Facility
RN is responsible for the direct supervision of care-giving within the residence.

Qualified candidates will have the following skills and abilities

Resident Care:

Manages the health care of all residents, including the dissemination of information to families and staff.

Facilitates continuity of care for those residents receiving services.

Communicates with resident's physicians re: resident's status and condition changes.

Assesses residents on a scheduled and as-needed basis, records significant conditions and changes.

Notifies Administrator/physician/family of resident's condition and changes, treatments and significant incidents.

Requirements

Unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Minnesota

Schedule

Monday through Friday : 8a/9a to 4p/5p
Part-time schedule available.
