Job Description
Clinicor is looking for LPNs to support a Substance Use Disorder and Problem Gambling Treatment Center for adults with cognitive and physical disabilities, located west of Minneapolis.

Qualified candidates will have the following skills and abilities
  • Order and administer medication in an appropriate and prompt method following defined policies.
  • Ensure a safe environment, including prevention of potential injury to clients and staff.
  • Complete visual medical assessments of all clients at time of admission and through formal medical assessment.
  • Be sensitive to clients need and make decisions based on client rights.
  • Attend all staff meetings, in-service trainings, and quarterly emergency procedure reviews.
  • Be sensitive to the diverse backgrounds of residents and their families, and act in ways that project fairness and equality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • Requirements
  • Hold a current LPN license to practice in the State of Minnesota.
  • Minimum one year of experience in nursing, preferably in acute setting.
  • Be free from substance use problems as a condition of continuing employment.
  • Knowledge of addiction, co-occurring mental health disorders and the complications of withdrawal.

    Monday through Friday
    7:00a - 3:00p
