Customizable Fulfillment Technology

Utilizing our proprietary Fulfillment Technology, the recruitment process is faster and more thorough. This is an important part of how we’re able to produce the right talent, right away. In-house fulfillment tech works by using a proprietary computer algorithm to analyze both objective and subjective candidate information gleaned from skills testing, job history data, and personal interviews. The completed analysis is then overlaid against the specific skills and experience requirements of a target position(s), and a diagnostic alignment is made. Within seconds, those candidates identified as a true and qualified match for the position are placed on a candidate viability list from which a final selection will be made by a trained staffing specialist. Not only does our Fulfillment Technology identify, screen, and assign the most qualified and experienced employees, it has allowed us to significantly increase retention rates and reduce overall HR expenses.
